Soulcraft The Convert SS Conversion Kit: Comes with 94mm BCD Chainring. The CONVERT SingleSpeed Conversion Kit includes The Convert chain tensioner, Chainring and bolts, Chain, Cassette-compatible single cog and spacers. The heart of the Conversion Kit is the Convert Tensioner. The Convert is the key to make your existing geared mountain bike into a single speed! Rather than rely on a spring to give chain tension, which can allow your chain to bounce around and eventually de-rail, The Convert mounts solidly to your existing derailleur hanger and doesn't move until you want it to. When you need to take your wheel out, simply depress the Push Rod and The Convert swings out of the way. When your wheel is back in the dropouts, just put your chain back on, swing The Convert around and it clicks back to its original position! No tools! No hassle! We use a grooved roller with bearings rather than a pulley wheel because it guides the chain better than a derailleur pulley and is less noisy to boot. All hardware is stainless steel or Delrin for long life and The Convert is easily rebuildable. Easy to use, simple and better yet, it actually works!
