Cane Creek SCR-5 Aero Brake Levers: Black. The SCR-5 levers are lightweight, high performance aero levers designed to be used for special application bicycles—like climbing specific racing bikes where light weight is the goal—and for updating brake levers on classic road bikes. Not to mention they are great on cyclocross bikes either with bar end shifters or a single ring setup using only a right integrated shifter. The ergonomically designed lever hood—with raised Cane Creek skinks and logos—is soft and tacky, and conforms to the shape of the hand, yielding increased grip, greater comfort and reduced fatigue.

I put these onto my Fixed Gear bike and they have made a world of differance. Not only do they look good but they are wider than other non-STI levers which makes them very nice to lean on.
