XT has two bearings for smooth operation. Eight-speed rear shifter, three-speed front. The front shifter is the M751 nine speed version but when used with an 8 speed front derailleur it will shift an 8 speed chain. Both of the shifters are black though the front shifter has a slightly darker finish. Keep that smooth 8-speed shifting alive and clicking. Complete set of Rapid Fire Pods, front and rear, 130grams.
